Shipments and Returns
Your shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Certain items such as ammunition, powder and Shockwave/Tannerite/ThunderShot may not be shipped via Canada Post, so must go Purolator.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Entire orders will be shipped via the method in which, if any, dangerous goods dictate.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
Returns are at your expense, and must be approved by management. It is strictly prohibited to return ammunition. Please make sure you buy the correct item. Our Return policy is EXCHANGE or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Refunds.
